📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours.
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is shipped via Xpressbees.
Q: Can I open the package before paying (Open Box Delivery)?
A: No, we do not provide Open Box Delivery. As per our courier policy, you must complete the payment (for COD) or accept the package first. If you have any issues with the product afterward, our 7-Day Return Policy has you covered.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within India.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if the size doesn't fit?
A: No stress. We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy. If the fit isn't right, just email us or WhatsApp us. We will pick up the old product and send you the new size.
Q: Is the return/exchange process free?
A: Yes. We offer Free Reverse Pickup for returns and exchanges. You don't have to pay for the courier.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Simply email us at support@dareal.in or WhatsApp +91-7838080006 with your Order ID.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (usually 2-3 days after pickup), we initiate the refund.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to source (5-7 days).
- COD Orders: Transferred to your Bank Account/UPI (5-7 days).
💳 Payments
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, we offer Free COD across India. You can pay in cash or via UPI to the delivery partner when they arrive.
Q: What online payment methods do you accept?
A: We use Razorpay to securely accept:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking & Wallets
Q: Are there any hidden taxes?
A: None. All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST. The price you see is the price you pay.
👕 Products & Sizing
Q: How do I know my size?
A: Every product page has a Size Chart. We recommend measuring a shirt you currently own and love, then comparing it to our chart for the "Real" fit.
Q: What fabric do you use?
A: We prioritize comfort. Most of our apparel is made from premium Cotton or high-quality Cotton blends. Specific fabric details are listed in the description of every product.
