1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How to Cancel:
- Option 1 (Fastest): Log in to your account on our website, go to My Orders, select the active order, and click Cancel.
- Option 2: Email us at support@dareal.in with your Order ID.
- Option 3: Call or WhatsApp us at +91-7838080006.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
- If you cancelled a Prepaid Order before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Note: Once the order has been shipped (you will receive a tracking SMS/Email), we cannot cancel it. In this case, you can refuse delivery at your doorstep or accept it and initiate a return.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Window. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
- Note: For hygiene reasons, socks and innerwear (if applicable) are non-returnable.
3. The Exchange Process (Size Issues)
Did you order a Medium but need a Large? We offer Direct Size Exchanges.
- Request: Email or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and the new size you need.
- Pickup: We will arrange a Free Reverse Pickup from your address.
- Dispatch: Once the pickup is done and the product reaches our nearest hub, we will automatically dispatch the new size to you.
- Cost: The first exchange is 100% Free.
4. The Refund Process
If you simply want to return the product and get your money back:
- Request: Initiate a return via email or WhatsApp.
- Pickup: We will arrange a Free Reverse Pickup.
- Quality Check (QC): Once the item reaches our warehouse in Gurugram, it undergoes a quick quality check to ensure it is unused.

Refund Initiation:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund is processed to the original payment source (Credit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days after QC approval.
- COD Orders: We will ask for your Bank Account details or UPI ID (GooglePay/PhonePe). The amount will be transferred within 5-7 business days after QC approval.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In the rare case that you receive a defective product or the wrong style:
- Please take a photo/video of the product and email it to support@dareal.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send a replacement immediately on priority, free of cost.
