1. Accepted Payment Methods
We use Razorpay, India’s most trusted payment gateway, to process your payments securely. We accept the following modes of payment:
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, and Amex (Indian cards only).
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
- Wallets: Paytm, Airtel Money, Freecharge, etc.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We understand that sometimes you want to see the product before you pay.
- Availability: We offer Free Cash on Delivery on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges.
- Verification: For COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch. This helps us ensure genuine deliveries.
- Refusal: Please have the exact cash amount or a UPI app ready at the time of delivery. Frequent refusal of COD orders may lead to the suspension of COD services for your account.
3. Pricing & GST
- All-Inclusive Pricing: The prices you see on our product pages are inclusive of GST.
- No Hidden Fees: You will not be charged any extra tax at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
4. Payment Security
Your security is our priority.
- SSL Encryption: Our website is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data.
- PCI-DSS Compliant: Our payment partner, Razorpay, is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, meaning your card details are processed under the highest security standards. DaReal does not store your card details.
5. Failed Transactions
If money has been deducted from your account but you have not received an Order Confirmation:
- Don't worry, your money is safe.
- Please wait 10-15 minutes, as bank servers sometimes take time to sync.
- If the issue persists, email us at support@dareal.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7838080006 with your transaction details.
- If the payment was captured by the gateway but the order failed, we will manually confirm your order or process a refund within 5-7 business days.
6. International Payments
Currently, we do not accept international credit cards or ship outside of India. We only service customers within Indian territory.
