At DaReal, we know you want your new fits as soon as possible. We work hard to ensure your order is packed with care and delivered quickly.

1. Order Processing (Dispatch Time)

  • Dispatch Window: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Working Days: Our warehouse in Gurugram operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

We try to keep shipping costs as low (or non-existent) as possible.

  • Orders above ₹499: FREE Shipping across India.
  • Orders below ₹499: A small flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD services at no extra cost (Free COD).

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, it typically takes:

  • Delhi / NCR: 1 - 3 Business Days
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.): 3 - 5 Business Days
  • Rest of India: 5 - 7 Business Days
  • J&K / North East India: 7 - 10 Business Days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, or local restrictions.

4. Our Courier Partners

To ensure your package is handled safely, we ship primarily via Xpressbees, one of India’s most trusted logistics providers.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with your Tracking ID and a link.
  • You can track your package directly on the Xpressbees website or via the "Track Order" link in our website footer.
  • Please allow 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the status to update on the courier's portal.

6. Non-Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after 3 attempts (due to incorrect address or phone not answered), the package will be returned to us.

  • Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment or initiate a refund.
  • COD Orders: If you repeatedly refuse COD deliveries, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your future orders.

7. International Shipping

Currently, DaReal ships only within India. We do not support international shipping at this time.
